## What changed

- Adds OnPmtTolGenJnlOnAfterCheckConditions event with by-reference parameter for general journal lines
- Subscribers can now change journal line data before sales or purchase path processing
- Existing by-value event variant remains unchanged, avoiding breaking changes
- Event only available in NL layer builds
- No test required as this adds an extension point only
