Fixes the posting error 'The transaction cannot be completed because it will cause inconsistencies in the G/L Entry table' in codeunit Gen. Jnl.-Post Line. The fix is applied across the W1 layer and several localization layers, with new tests in the ERM Source Currency test suites.
