#9089 Merge-ES-Excluded-from-Calculation-to-W1

Merges the Spanish Excluded from Calculation functionality into W1, according to the title. Customer, vendor, ledger entry and General Ledger Setup tables change across many localization layers. ES-specific copies of My Customer and Standard Statement are removed.
