#9180 Copy record links to posted Phys. Invt. Order and Recording headers
Record links attached to physical inventory order and recording headers are now copied to their posted documents, matching the behavior of sales, purchase, and warehouse posting flows.

What changed
- Record links (Notes and Links factboxes) on physical inventory order and recording headers now carry over to the posted documents
- CopyLinks calls added in InsertPostedHeader and InsertPostedRecordings after the posted header inserts
- The copy runs inside the existing IsHandled blocks, so subscribers replacing the insert keep control
- Regression test posts an order with notes on order and recording and checks the posted headers
- No schema, permission or signature changes; purely additive
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
