#9277 Add PRODUCED item template to Contoso Coffee manufacturing demo data
Manufacturing demo data now includes a PRODUCED item template with manufacturing-specific settings like replenishment system, manufacturing policy, and flushing method pre-configured for created items.

- New codeunit 5310 creates the template with insert-if-not-exists logic for idempotency
- Extended Contoso Inventory.InsertItemTemplateData with manufacturing-capable overload that sets planning fields
- Template includes standard manufacturing settings like Prod. Order replenishment, Make-to-Order policy, and Manual flushing
- Existing thin overload and callers remain untouched to avoid side effects
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
