#9311 Withholding Tax for Employee
Withholding tax support for employee transactions has been added, allowing users to calculate and track employee-related withholding taxes similar to existing purchase-based functionality with new employee setup tables, calculation logic, and ledger entries.

- Gen. Jnl.-Post Line updated in all localization layers, and permission sets include the new objects
