#9340 [main][Gen. Jnl.-Post Line]` Add var NextVATEntryNo to OnAfterGLFinishPosting in Code

The OnAfterGLFinishPosting event in codeunit 12 "Gen. Jnl.-Post Line" now passes NextVATEntryNo as a var parameter. Subscribers can read and change the next VAT entry number after G/L posting finishes. The change is made in every localization layer.
