#9346 [master]-Cannot delete Project Planning Line due to incorrect reservation entries

Fixes a bug where a Project Planning Line could not be deleted because incorrect reservation entries existed. The fix is in the Inventory Profile Offsetting codeunit, which is used for planning, and a test was added for the scenario.
