#9355 [master] [FR] [E-document] Changed place for "SIRET No." and exposed codeunit for export Factur-X

The SIRET No. field was moved to a different place on the French Company Information page, and the Export Factur-X Document codeunit in the French E-Document app was exposed for use outside the app.
