#9374 [master] Contact No. Lookup on Sales Quote returns All Customers instead of related Contacts after Updating to v28.2 - regression.
Fixed a regression in the Contact No. lookup on Sales Quotes that was showing all contacts instead of filtering to only the related customer's contacts.

What changed
- Contact lookup on Sales Quote documents now correctly filters to show only contacts related to the selected customer
- The issue was caused by a condition that excluded Quote document type from contact filtering logic
- The fix removes the Quote exclusion while preserving the prospect flow for quotes without a customer
- Same fix applied across all localization layers to ensure consistent behavior
- Test coverage added to prevent future regressions
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
