- OnValorizzaINPSOnBeforeCalcAssoggettato event with IsHandled guard allows partners to replace the Assoggettato calculation
- OnCreateRecordOnBeforeInsertPurchWithhContribution event fires before insert to let subscribers populate custom fields
- IsHandled defaults to false so standard calculation runs unchanged unless explicitly overridden
