- Lets subscribers replace the balance-account posting in FinancialVoidCheck
- Balance-account case block moved unchanged into a new local procedure FinancialVoidPostBalanceAccount
- Default behavior preserved when no subscriber handles the event
- Changed in the W1, APAC, NA and RU layers
