## What changed

- Standard field modifications on reported/paid entries remain blocked for compliance
- Extension fields added by other apps can now be modified independently
- Uses StandardFieldModified method to compare base fields only (field no. < 50000)
- No bypass hook exposed; compliance guards remain intact
- Minimal performance impact via RecordRef comparison on low-volume table
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
