## What changed

- New `IsHandled` integration event fires in `PostItemJnlLineJobConsumption` after quantity is set but before job line preparation
- Extensions can adjust `PurchLine."Qty. to Invoice"` and skip the standard `InvoicePostingInterface.PrepareJobLine` call
- Event added to W1 base layer and propagated to all country-specific layers
- Addresses extensibility gap where existing events fire too early or after quantity is already consumed
- Enables custom job consumption logic based on extension fields
