#9451 [Extensibility Request] issue 30292: add temporary Warehouse Activity Line parameter to OnBeforeCreateWhseActivHeader

The OnBeforeCreateWhseActivHeader event in the Create Pick codeunit now includes a temporary Warehouse Activity Line parameter, allowing subscribers to inspect pick lines before a warehouse activity header is created.
