#9454 Fix site scoped contextinfo
SharePoint request-digest calls now correctly target site-scoped URLs instead of tenant root for operations like CreateList, CreateListItem, CreateFolder, and UpdateListItemMetaDataField.

What changed
- Request-digest acquisition now uses site-base URL accessor instead of hostname-only for proper site scoping
- GetHost() method remains unchanged to preserve behavior for hostname-only consumers
- Added regression tests to verify contextinfo requests retain the configured /sites/
path - Fixes site-scoped SharePoint URL targeting issue that was incorrectly routing to tenant root
- No breaking changes to public APIs or schema
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
