#9455 Update permissions for G/L Transaction table
Access to the G/L Transaction table is added across Base Application layers: many permission sets (W1, RU, CH, NA, GB), plus the permissions of Gen. Jnl.-Post Reverse, the date compression reports, Adjust Add. Reporting Currency and User Management.

- Adds G/L Transaction table permissions to many W1 permission sets, including D365 role sets and OnPrem journal, posting and register sets
- Same additions in country copies of permission sets in RU, CH, NA and GB
- Gen. Jnl.-Post Reverse codeunit gets the permission in W1 and several country layers
- Date compress reports, Adjust Add. Reporting Currency and User Management also updated
