#9465 [Extensibility Request] issue 30350: add OnBeforeTestFirstApplyItemLedgerEntryTracking event

A new integration event OnBeforeTestFirstApplyItemLedgerEntryTracking was added to codeunit 22 so extensions can validate item tracking and optionally modify the Item Tracking Code before standard validation runs.
