#9514 [Main]-Interest Document issued with non-taxable VAT does not generate non-taxable VAT entries in the Spanish localization

Interest documents with non-taxable VAT now correctly generate non-taxable VAT entries in the Spanish localization. The fix updates the No Taxable Management codeunit to handle interest documents properly.
