## What changed

- Withholding tax was created or suppressed wrongly when the calculation rule was not 'Less than'
- New ShouldCreateWithholdingTax procedure in Withholding Tax Mgmt. respects the configured Wthldg. Tax Calculation Rule
- Hard-coded Abs(Amount) < Min. Inv. Amount checks replaced in the journal subscriber, the management codeunit and the purchase subscriber codeunits
- Tests added in the withholding tax test codeunit
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
