#9537 [Shopify] Store tax lines linked to order shipping charges
Shopify order imports now persist tax lines linked to shipping charges in the existing tax-lines table, with a new action on the Shipping Costs page exposing these details including Channel Liable status.

What changed
- Tax lines from Shopify shipping charges are parsed and stored with the shipping line ID as parent reference
- Shipping charge deletion removes associated tax lines automatically
- New Tax Lines action on Shipping Costs page displays tax information for each shipping charge
- Reimport logic uses delete-then-recreate to prevent duplicates or stale records
- Currency and field lookups in tax-lines page now resolve through shipping charges
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
