# #9543 Support VAT return reporting frequencies in Denmark

> Danish electronic VAT declaration now reads SKAT VAT return periods with their reporting frequency and calculates monthly, quarterly and semi-annual periods. A feature-flagged legacy quarterly fallback remains, and overlapping periods and invalid due dates are rejected.

## What changed

- New reporting frequency enum, and period parsing that handles monthly, quarterly and semi-annual periods
- Prevents overlapping VAT return periods and rejects invalid SKAT due dates
- Legacy quarterly calculation kept as a feature-flagged fallback; new key vault secret DKElecVAT-ReportingFrequencyEnabled
- Legacy Q2 boundaries corrected; nested response periods processed regardless of frequency order
- Invalid flag configuration logged as warning telemetry; tests added
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
