#9571 [Master]-Opening price list from Customer Card is extremely slow on large datasets (~220s) due to AddAllSourceType call

Opening a price list from the Customer Card is made faster on large datasets, where it took around 220 seconds because of the AddAllSourceType call. The logic in Price List Management is reworked and UI tests are added.
