#9573 [Subcontracting] Fixed purchase order not opening the list of transfer orders when > 1 were created
Fixed subcontracting purchase orders to display all created transfer orders in a list instead of opening only the last one when multiple transfer orders are created from different source locations.

- Multiple transfer orders now open in a filtered list view; single transfer order still opens in card view
- Updated transfer order creation report to reference purchase header instead of last processed line
- Added regression test for purchase orders with multiple production orders at different locations
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
