#9598 [main] bug 633618 - Add VAT Statement Calc. Events CZL codeunit and integrate with VAT Statement Calculation CZL
The local events of the internal codeunit VAT Statement Calculation CZL were moved to a new codeunit, VAT Statement Calc. Events CZL. Other apps can now subscribe to them, including the event that replaces the obsolete OnBeforeOpenPageVATEntryTotaling.
