What changed
- After upgrade to 28.3, the Legacy Subcontracting flag was incorrectly set to False
- This prevented Italian users from accessing legacy subcontracting functionality
- The upgrade codeunit now properly initializes the flag to the correct value
- Applies to Italian localization only
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
