#9637 [Event Requests] Add integration events across base app and SMTP module
Ten partner event requests were implemented in one batch, adding new integration events or extra parameters on existing ones in the base application and the SMTP email modules. Default behavior is unchanged.

- Job Queue Entry gets OnAfterShowStatusMsg and OnBeforeSetStatus; Sequence No. Mgt. gets before/after events for GetLastEntryNoFromTable
- Copy Document Mgt. gets two IsHandled events for copying sales shipment lines
- EmailMessageId is passed through SMTP AddFrom and OnBeforeAddFrom
- Extra parameters on OnBeforeFindOrderSalesHeader (CRMSalesOrder) and OnBeforeExportExcel (FileName), plus a new NL bank account number event
