#9644 [Master] [Repair Item] Team Member unable to copy sales quotation when lines are associated to assembly

Fixed an issue where a Team Member user could not copy a sales quotation when its lines were associated with assembly. Copy Document Mgt. was adjusted in W1 and several localization layers, with a new test added.
