#9645 [main] bug 642743 - Change behavior of OnValidate trigger of "EU 3-Party Intermed. Role CZL" field
When the EU 3-Party Intermediary field is deactivated in sales or purchase document headers, the EU 3-Party Trade field is now also deactivated instead of remaining active.

- Fixed inconsistent validation behavior where setting EU 3-Party Intermediary to false did not clear the EU 3-Party Trade field
- Ensures both fields stay synchronized during activation and deactivation
- Applied to both Sales and Purchase document headers in the Czech localization
