- Added codeunit PEPPOL30 BE Tax Info for Belgian tax amounts with payment discount
- Updated the PEPPOL 3.0 Format BE enum extension alongside the new codeunit
- Taxable amount is based on the total minus the payment discount percentage
- Added a test codeunit covering payment discount scenarios
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
