#9652 [Extensibility Request] issue 30358: add OnBeforeOnPreReport event to Redraw Receivable Bills report
Adds an OnBeforeOnPreReport integration event to the ES Redraw Receivable Bills report (7000096). Extensions can set the request page variables and, through IsHandled, skip the NewDueDate and journal batch validations so the report can run unattended, for example from a job queue.
