## What changed

- Capture the No. field change state before SaveRecord to prevent the guard condition from becoming false when xRec resynchronizes
- Set CurrFieldNo at three points where Description resolves to item No.: exact match, similar match, and lookup selection/restoration
- Fixes automatic reservation for the description lookup dropdown path while preserving the working manual description entry path
- Adds test coverage in SCMReservation and SCMSalesOrderManagement test codeunits
- Changes applied across multiple localization layers (W1, NA, BE, ES, CH, FI, GB, IT, NO, SE, RU, APAC)
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
