#9663 Migrate customer, vendor and item transactions for BC14 cloud migration
Extends BC14 cloud migration to stage customer, vendor, and item subledger transactions alongside G/L entries, enabling migration of open receivables, payables, and inventory for both current and historical data.

What changed
- Adds buffer tables for customer, vendor and item ledger entries, detailed ledger entries, value entries and inventory posting setup
- Current migrators post open customer and vendor entries through general journals and rebuild on-hand inventory through positive adjustment item journal lines
- Automatic Cost Posting is left off so item posting does not double-count against the G/L migrator
- Historical migrators copy source entries into archive tables in the HybridBC14HistoricalData app without posting
- Each migrator runs only when its module flag is enabled; tests cover the current migrators and the item historical migrator
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
