- Vendor lookup by VAT registration number, GLN, or PEPPOL participant ID
- Enum extension registers the handler on E-Doc. Read into Draft
- Uses the public E-Document PEPPOL Utility instead of NAV's EDocument XML Helper
- New OIOUBL test app with structured tests; E-Document Core grants it internalsVisibleTo
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
