#9778 [Extensibility Request] issue 30362: add OnPostDocumentLinesOnBeforeInsertPostedHeaders event to Service-Post

A new integration event OnPostDocumentLinesOnBeforeInsertPostedHeaders enables extensions to control which posted service document is created during service posting, matching the extensibility available in Sales-Post.
