#9814 Revert "Expose AppService location and EUDB membership on Environment Information for internal consumption (#9716)"
Removed Microsoft-only methods from the public Environment Information codeunit to avoid exposing internal functionality that third-party extensions cannot use.

- Removed companion test codeunit for partner testing

- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
