## What changed

- New OnBeforeTestTransferLine event raised at the start of TestTransferLine on the Transfer Header table
- Lets add-on developers hook into the transfer line item tracking quantity check
- Added in W1 and mirrored to the RU, NA and IT layers
- Event name follows the convention for events at the start of a procedure
