#9933 [MAIN]-Fix-Bug 644909 Cant modify Item Template after Item deletion

Item Template validation no longer fails with warehouse entry errors when modifying templates after item deletion. The fix prevents warehouse entry checks when validating temporary blank-numbered Item records.

  • Regression tests added in the W1 and CZ UTItemTable test codeunits
  • Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
