#105 Promote validated community knowledge

Community AL best practice articles are promoted to Microsoft-endorsed knowledge, removing duplicates and overlapping guidance while updating review skills with canonical references.

What changed

  • Eight AppSource, UI, error-handling and security articles promoted from the community layer to the Microsoft layer, with their samples
  • Six covered or overlapping community articles removed; FactBox and IsTemporary guidance stays in the community layer
  • Corrected the Copilot help URL version gate, split-button recommendations and encrypted isolated storage nuances
  • Review-skill tokens, examples and references updated to match the cleaned corpus
  • Telemetry review now uses its empty-corpus result, since telemetry scope is covered by Microsoft privacy guidance
  • Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
