- AA0021 rule severity changes from minor to info to stop competing with substantive style checks
- Rule is purely analyzer-redundant and already covered by CodeCop
- Aligns with similar analyzer-redundant rules (AA0248, AA0074) already at info level
- Online evaluation showed false positive rate, justifying the downgrade
- Text-only change to severity calibration documentation
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
