# #172 Support standalone runners and complete app-folder reviews

## What changed

- Scheduling becomes an orchestrator concern, so isolated review leaves may run serially or concurrently
- Sub-results must now be ordered deterministically regardless of completion order
- Top-level severity counts are computed from deduplicated findings instead of summed leaf counts
- folder-path is accepted as a complete current-state review scope by the standalone adapter, broad coordinator and every AL review leaf
- New standalone-runner guide and README walk-up flow; architecture and partner guides moved under docs/
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
