# #179 Add bounded knowledge retrieval

- Lossless catalog paging capped at 16,000 serialized UTF-8 bytes, with no ranking, top-k filtering or query-based omission
- Exact article and sample bodies returned in chunks of up to eight paths with byte count, SHA-256, strict UTF-8 and path-safety checks
- Continuations are tied to the prepared index and request state; the v2 catalog format makes applicability explicit
- Each review leaf gets GUID-scoped scratch and report paths, and its Task return is validated deterministically before rollup
- The bounded Source workflow now applies to all 16 Microsoft review skills; their Relevance, Worklist, Action and Output rules are unchanged
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
