#195 Add foundational AL developer knowledge
Adds seven foundational AL knowledge articles covering document default initialization, directed rounding, guarded interface casts, dropdown visibility, page-part refresh, and install/upgrade ordering and version context. Related review skills get targeted retrieval cues.
