#99 Add lifecycle error and privacy knowledge
Five new knowledge articles with code samples were added covering try-function semantics, upgrade phase data writes, install-versus-upgrade dispatch logic, ErrorInfo privacy exposure, and FeatureTelemetry logging, plus related review skills were updated.

- Corrected conflicting guidance in existing articles about install behavior, validation triggers, and ErrorType usage
- All changes validated through frontmatter checks, knowledge-index tests, JSON parsing, and reference resolution
