For payments, the EFT page describes paying vendors through the Australian EFT payment system, which works with bank file export. The check installments page covers creating check installments for payment processing.
For reconciliation and documentation, there are pages on comparing bank cash flow, printing bank account reconciliation reports, and printing deposit slip reports.
