## Overview

This section covers the features that are unique to the Canadian version of Business Central. It is split into three areas: tax, banking and payments, and general functionality such as GIFI codes and troubleshooting reports.

The landing page "Canada Local Functionality" gives the overview. Start with the Tax subtopic if you need to set up use tax, purchase tax, tax areas and jurisdictions, or unrealized sales tax with sales payment discounts. Go to Banking & payments for deposits and vendor payment files. Go to General for GIFI codes and finance troubleshooting reports.
