## Overview

This section covers the ways to get Business Central data in front of other people or into other tools. The options are sharing page links, sharing records in Microsoft Teams, opening and sharing files in OneDrive, and working with list data in Excel.

The "Sharing data" page is the overview. It lists the available features: copy link, share to Teams, OneDrive sharing, open in Excel, and copy and paste. Start there to pick the method that fits your task. Then go to the detailed pages for Teams, OneDrive or Excel.

The Teams page covers interactive cards and direct page links. The OneDrive page covers opening files in online applications and controlling who can access them. The Excel page covers exporting list data for analysis, or editing it and publishing changes back to Business Central.
