Everything Coming to Business Central 2025 Wave 2 (You Need to Know This)

Overview

The presenter goes through the 2025 wave 2 release plan using a BC27 preview sandbox. Most of the time goes to Copilot and agents: advanced Tell Me search, autofill with Copilot, payables agent and sales order agent enhancements, sustainability emissions suggestions, Summarize and Analysis Assist changes, and Copilot billing types and Azure resources for extensions. Several of these are demoed.

The rest covers 20-language chat support, localization items, AL and page scripting changes, table truncation, finance and reporting updates, administration and migration, and manufacturing topics such as the quality management extension and subcontracting. Some items are dated later than the preview (for example the audit trail report in November 2025 and invoice matching in January 2026), so not everything is visible in the sandbox.
