Overview
The video shows Copilot autofill extended to search the web on the user’s behalf. In the demo, a vendor is created, Copilot searches Microsoft Bing for the company name, and it proposes contact details. Users can open info tips to see how each suggestion was derived, including which web search result was used and a link to the grounding source.
It also covers accepting all suggestions with Keep All, after which Business Central validates each field. Autofill can also suggest values from internal Business Central data, such as recently used or most common responsibility centers. An administrator enables Bing search on the Copilot and agent capabilities page. The features are in preview, and language quality has been assessed only for English.
