## Overview

The video, published 2024-08-26 and about 3 minutes long, first creates an AP invoice in Dynamics GP. It then shows the two Business Central options for the same task: the purchase journal and the purchase invoice.

The purchase journal is used to register expenses for items not tracked in inventory, with GL account selection.
